How do I purchase on the site?
All payments are processed through Paypal, which is free, secure, and easy to use. You can use any major credit card or have it deducted directly from your bank account. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use Paypal to submit payment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping outside of the U.S. is only available if you notify us prior to ordering so that we can estimate the shipping costs. We only ship outside of the U.S. on orders totaling more than $20 excluding shipping costs.
How are orders shipped?
Most orders are sent USPS First Class Mail unless there are multiple items, in which case it would either be upgraded to Priority Mail or shipped UPS/FedEx. All orders are shipped within 3 business days with the exception of large wholesale orders. If you need your order faster, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping for an additional charge.
What is your return policy?
If you are ever unsatisfied with your handmade items, please send a message and the return will be arranged. Custom items are not returnable, but if there has been a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.

How are your items printed?
All paper goods are professionally printed on a large scale Epson Stylus Photo printer. Screenprinting is traditionally printed, or with a Gocco, a Japanese screenprinting device. A few items are hand printed with our custom designed stamps.
