• All cards ship free!
• Notepads and other bulky items do have shipping costs, but we try to keep it very low and will refund any extra you are charged after the package is shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Within about a week is our normal timeline. All items are handmade and printed to order unless we have bulk printing of some items. All cards are printed to order. Please be patient as we have a queue of orders and it can get backed up during seasonal times.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
• US standard domestic shipping usually takes 5 to 8 business days (USPS First Class)
• International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (including the time it takes to put your order together) and normally travels via International First Class
• USPS Priority Mail takes 3 to 5 days
• Upon request, we are able to use other shipping services, cost will be advised at the time of the request.
WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?
Any additionally-charged duties, taxes and import fees are unfortunately your responsibility if you live outside of the U.S.

WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?
You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information. If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder or check your PayPal account. Sometimes we use old email addresses via PayPal and the tracking info ends up there. If it is not found, please contact us and we’ll locate it for you:

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?
Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact us via our chat system or email us at email@example.com.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, but please know it will take a while to get to you. Shipping charges are only an estimate, and if you are overcharged, we will refund the extra back to you after your order has been shipped.
WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yikes! Well, we’re humans and sometimes make mistakes. Please let us know and we’ll ship your missing item out to you right away.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please contact us right away so we can help locate your order or send you a replacement if your order has been lost in the mail. Every now and then we have to put a “missing package” request in with the post office to get it moving.
